2. Payment Rules
All orders shall be paid in full before shipment. Please complete the payment within the valid time of the order. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled after the order expiration to avoid inventory occupation. The order amount is subject to the actual settlement amount on the checkout page, including product price, shipping fee and preferential discount deduction amount.
3. Payment Security
We do not collect or store your payment account password, bank card CVV code and other sensitive information. All payment operations are completed through the official secure payment interface. We guarantee that all transaction behaviors are safe and standardized.
4. Fund Settlement & Refund Payment
All refunds will be returned through the original payment channel. The arrival time of the refund depends on the processing speed of your payment platform, generally 3–7 working days. We will not charge any additional handling fee for formal refund transactions.
5. Abnormal Payment Handling
In case of payment failure, duplicate payment, abnormal order payment and other problems, please contact our customer service in time. We will check the order fund status and solve the problem for you as soon as possible.
